Specialized Building Design

Parks’ Place Memory Care is a single-level, barrier-free building exclusively designed for highly-personalized senior care. Parks’ Place includes special features to care for those with Alzheimer’s disease and other forms of dementia. Controlled accesses allow residents to move about freely within their home. All-inclusive care and 24-hour staff adds to peace of mind.

Gracious Suites

Parks’ Place is specifically designed to create a warm home for those with memory loss. The spaces are well-organized. All resident rooms feature an en suite private bathroom with shower. Several suites are designed for couples—both can live here even if only one requires memory care services.

Exceptional Nutrition

Delicious and nutritious meals are prepared or directed by our chef and served in the dining room. Special diets and assistance with dining is tailored to the specific needs of each person.

Amenities Included

Generously sized suite with a private bathroom and accessible shower en suite

Utilities: gas, electric, water, trash, basic cable, internet

Three chef-designed meals each day, with additional snacks

Housekeeping services weekly and as needed, including daily trash removal and bed making

Personal laundry services weekly and as needed, including linen changes

Personal care toiletries and household items including, but not limited to: shampoo, face and body soap, deodorant, toothpaste

Household items such as light bulbs, garbage bags and toilet paper

Motion detector in unit

Escorts within Parks’ Place house and grounds

Initial and ongoing assessments with updates to service plan as needed (every 90 days and upon change in condition)
