About the Summer Move-In Offer
This offer applies to rent only and does not include care services and meal plans. Only one incentive may be used per Memory Care suite, and it is not available for residents referred through paid referral sources. An example of how the offer is applied: If financial responsibility begins on July 12, 2026, the discounted rate would apply to July, August, and September, with regular rent beginning in October.
